Acceptance/return of goods:

After the parcel service courier delivers the item to you, do not rush to sign for it. First, unpack it immediately and inspect it. If the product suits you, accept it by signing. If the product is broken, damaged, or otherwise damaged, request a violation report from the courier who delivered the product and fill it out in the presence of the courier who delivered the package, indicating the damage to the package and the product. If the product does not suit you, refuse to sign for it and accept it. Inform MB "Grindupe" about each such case by phone or e-mail. If the buyer does not inspect the goods at the time of delivery and does not note any violations, the buyer loses the opportunity to exchange the goods or get money back for them.

Conditions for returning goods:
  • You can return or exchange the goods within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery or collection of the goods;
  • The returned product must be unused, unburnt, its usable properties preserved and without losing its commercial appearance;
  • The returned item was not manufactured according to your special instructions or clearly adapted to your personal needs (e.g. carpet or linoleum cut according to your instructions, etc.);
  • Goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unpacked upon delivery;
  • The returned product must be in its original packaging and with all its accessories;
  • The money paid will be returned to the account from which the product was paid for, within 14 days from the day of returning the goods to the store, and in the case of goods returned by courier - from the day of delivery of the returned goods to the warehouse;
  • Returns require an order number;
  • The item must be properly packed to prevent damage during shipping. When returning the product, the buyer is responsible for its smooth and safe arrival to the seller.
  • The proper packaging of the shipment is such that without damage it is impossible to access and damage the contents of the shipment. The packaging must protect the contents of the shipment from possible damage during transportation and sorting. Also, the packaging must be safe, that is, it must not pose a danger to the environment: people, other shipments, devices, etc.
